Clark and Joyce Lasse
Joyce and Clark have been involved in vocational ministry for about forty years now. They have served in pastoral ministry, church planting ministry, international student ministry, residential discipleship ministry and global missions. In 2014 they moved to Uganda where they served for two years in orphan care and education. While there, God opened doors for them to launch a ministry called the Exodus Project, which was established to help disadvantaged people, in this case, specifically women caught in the sex trade. Their objective was to help them find a find a way out of the cultural, economic and spiritual ditches they find themselves stuck in, and into a thriving, fruitful relationship with Jesus. The Exodus Project has grown from an initial ten acres of undeveloped land, into a maturing ministry on 25 acres of developed land, under the direction of a capable team of Ugandans and making great progress at becoming self-supporting through streams of income viable within the local Ugandan economy. Many of these women have found their way out through spiritual discipleship, employment and vocational training. Clark and Joyce have recently re-engaged with the international student ministry they led in the early 2000's called ISCA (International Student Christian Association.) They are also active in men and women's discipleship in various contexts in their home area of Northwest Arkansas.
